Emergency Kenneling
Hearts against Domestic Violence
With the upcoming year comes exciting changes for HSDRR. One of these changes is hoping to be some emergency kenneling which will allow emergency situations to drop off their pets at a safe location while they are escaping domestic violence. The animals will be safe with rescue until they can be placed in a temporary foster home who will care for their pets until which time they are able to reclaim them. Apply to be a foster today!
Low Cost Microchip and Vaccine Clinics
While everyone gets a pet with intentions of taking the best care of them, sometimes life happens and we understand that. Just because your income situation has changed doesn't mean you do not deserve a pet! We will strive to assist our community any way possible to provide regular low cost vaccination and microchip clinics. Keep an eye on our Community Events Calendar for upcoming Clinics!
Emergency Pet Care Assistance
We understand life happens, whether you have unexpectedly lost a job, your home or just need some help in your Golden Years we aim to be able to pull together with assistance from the community to provide a pet food pantry as well as supplies and eventually vet bill assistance in emergencies. Reaching out to our community for assistance with this will help to grow relationships within the community and help us to make positive impacts and changes in that community.
